A new factory was set up in 2010 for the production of PVC backed coco mats in rolls as well as any mat size in various thicknesses ranging from 15mm to 30 mm.

Production Capacity

There are two machines in this unit and the production capacity is 1500 sq.mtrs. a day. The PVC backed coco rolls are available in a maximum width of 200 cm and in lengths preferred by the buyers.

LATEX TUFTED COIR MATS

Cocotuft manufactures 100% bio-degradable Coco mats tufted on Natural Rubber/ Latex backing. Our latex tufted Coco/Coir mats are 100% Green. Azo Free water-based synthetic enamel dyes are used to print on Natural Coco Brush surface.
